Deep Theta MindSync
After many requests, here it is.
This is the Transcendence (my organisation) deep theta mindsync CD
(compressed to mp3 format) is it 60 minutes long and follows the
general pattern:
Beta (Normal Consciousness) ————–> Theta (4Hz) 5mins (cooldown)
Theta
(4Hz) 50mins (stay in Theta)
Beta (Normal Consciousness) < -------------- Theta (4Hz) 5mins (warmup)
There is a small waterfall loop that runs in the background just to
breakup the otherwise annoying nature of the unrelenting pure sinewave
tones.
Headphones are *absolutely* neccessary, because of the physical
interference of the seperate tones, there is no particular left or
right orientation - both ways work fine.
Get the volume so that the tones are loudish and borderline
annoying/irritating - when the annoying nature of them begines to
subside, your brain has learnt to ‘tune them out’ which means the
frequency following effect has begun and your consciousness has begun
its theta adventure.
Just go with it, let it go, let it flow.
It is best if you give the experience your full attention.
Don’t be tired (you *will* sleep), hungry or otherwise distracted.
Lie down, dim the lights, make certain that you will be undisturbed by
people, phones, doorbells etc.
It might take several listens before your brain ‘gets it’ and you are
in the experience.
The first stage of being held in Theta is known as “Mind awake, Body
asleep” you might experience this as numbness or paralysis or
incredibly deep relaxation of the body - this is fine, expected and if
there was any immediate physical danger you would detect and respond
to it as normal. The mind awake, body asleep phase can easily move
into full dissociation - remote viewing, astral projection and
bilocation are not unexpected. Also, the sense that you are pure
consciousness or awareness and that your body or some body part or
parts (usually limbs or digits) don’t exist.
Don’t be surprised at that, you *are* pure consciousness/awareness and
your body *doesn’t* exist.
Your body is just a bunch of matter in a specific pattern (matter is
mostly space anyhow) over time the individual particles of matter are
exchanged for new ones of the same kind and only the pattern itself
remains - your body is actually information, bound in time and space,
that connects with and is a receiver for Consciousness/Awareness.
At the theta level you might experience this (it’s very common) or you
might experience something entirely different, your brain activity is
being held artificially at the theta/delta (sleep) boundary, a place
that your consciousness usually transits very quickly on the way to or
on the way back from sleep, the original Twilight Zone - you can do
lots of changework here, your subconscious and conscious minds are
both in full rapport and full communication between them is not only
possible, but mandatory. And of course, you might just sleep.

Telephone Telepathy, Email Telepathy Proven
A Reuters news report picked up by CNN on research done by none other than the godfather of Morphic Resonance, (yay Resonance!) Rupert Sheldrake.
Basically, it is this: You know someone is “trying to get through to you.” then the phone rings and its them, or you just have to read your email and an important and otherwise unexpected message is there.
I and nearly everyone that I have ever discussed this phenomenon with, have some reality on it, know it, recall it.
Rupert says that he has done experiments that “that proved that such precognition existed for telephone calls and even e-mails.”
His previous work has many implications for Remote Viewing and his “Sense of being Stared At” does remind me of the deadly Goat Starers of RV.

Maybe SpaceRock?
Hmm, Resonance are telling us that all their broadcasting this week is Space based, as in Space the final frontier, these are the voyages…
So I’m toying with doing a SpaceRock show, y’know, like Hawkwind/Pink Floyd, but with tracks from my old SpaceRock band: Born to Go. A good friend of mine, from another SpaceRock band in NYC: Alien Planetscapes, died this year, his name was Douglas Walker - an amazing guy, we all called him Dr. Synth and he was my first musical friend in the USA.
He played live with Born to Go at a few of the Strange Daze festivals & Quarkstock and I have some of those live tracks, perhaps it would be good to do the show as a tribute to him.

Feed the Need (what rhymes with RSS?)
Well I am delighted to report that the onetribe blog is now completely set up with RSS & Atom feeds, podcast players and lots more courtesy of that dynamic duo: Wordpress and podPress.
One of the useful things that means, is that firefox users (most people browsing our site are using firefox) can click on the little yellow newsfeed symbol in the URL address bar and get a little dialogue window that will place it as a live feed on the bookmarks toolbar; then, whenever you (left)click on that feed a dropdown menu of our latest posts (including podcasts of the shows) will appear, allowing you to conveniently pick whichever show you would like to experience or message you would like to read - go crazy wih it!
I think I am going to close the discussion forum in a few days since I have migrated the really useful bits of it to the Blog and people can sign up and comment on the Blog more easily than the forum.
If anyone really wants me to leave it around for a few weeks, let me know here.

Astral Projection versus Remote Viewing
I just made a couple of posts at Mysticwicks (a Pagan, Occult discussion community) on a thread about Astral Projection to clarify the differences between Astral Projection and Remote Viewing.
I thought I might share them here:

I would recommend the books (& tapes/cd’s) of Robert Monroe to those wishing to explore this further, learn more about it or develop their own skills & greater volition control in this area:
Journeys out of the body (the original and basic book)
Far Journeys (more info and detail)
The Ultimate Journey (too much detail, somewhat kooky if your’e not ready for it)
(If memory serves me well)
The appropriate tapes or cd’s are the Gateway Voyager Program
(the first three sets are crucial, the last 4 can be considered optional in my experience)
You can also listen to the ‘Remote Viewing’ show and the example MindSync track at the Onetribe site for more info and something comparable to the Monroe ‘HemiSync’ experience.

Basic Remote Viewing is exactly what you describe (view the thread itself for details - Marc), advanced Remote Viewing in the form of Bi-location has some similarities to Astral Projection, but still remains absolutely accurate in it’s correspondance with physical/consensus reality. The ‘rising on the planes’ aspect of Astral Projection divorces from Remote Viewing the more distant you get from the material plane, also Astral Projection has inccreasing plasticity to thought and will - you can create your own structures and experiences there, since it is pliable in a way that physical/consensus reality is not. Interestingly, you can also encounter the structures that others have created there before you, there is a quality of persistence to such structures (astral temples and so forth.)
Meanwhile, there are some things very common in Remote Viewing that have no correlation in Astral Projection: You can Remote View (with accuracy) any target in space (i.e. anywhere in the Universe) or in time (past, present and future) of course, you are on your own with Remote Viewing the future, since that act alone can change the future

Onetribe - Hypnosis 101
Greetings all and welcome to the blog!
I just got together with Dirk tonight and we recorded a fantastic show all about the basics of Hypnosis - we actually covered a lot of ground, from Formal Hypnosis to Command Hypnosis, Ericksonian, Stage & NLP Hypnosis.
I’ll work on mixing & editing it down for broadcast and it should be appearing soon on ResonanceFM on one of our Onetribe wednesday midnight broadcasts.
